Well, I've decided that I'm going to do my best to lose weight again. I still weigh a lot less than I used to, being at 131lbs (ha, I gained back the weight I losed from being sick) but that is still more than what I would like to be at.
Let's see what shall Chrissy do?
1. Watch what I am eating: This includes no more eating out, cutting down portion sizes and more vegetables~
2. Only drink water: That means no more soda (aka Dr. Pepper..god damn) no juices, no milk
3. Run in the mornings: Or evenings...which ever is colder. Start out with a short 10 min jog and then keep increasing the intervals.
4. Walk around during the afternoons: "Run" some errands, hanging out with friends and what not
5. Do sit-ups and push-ups: Shoot for 10 push ups at first and 50 sit ups
6. Lunges: Those are so much fun..not really. Maybe start with 10 and work up
7. Learn dances: Hm, SHINee's Lucifer looks pretty fun...
Well, that's all I got right now. My weight goal is 115lbs. I want to be the thinnest one in the house. Hopefully I can lose about 15lbs by October when my Kuya comes...HAHA
